I’m Jade (he/him), founder of The Onyx Consultancy.

I support businesses that need reliable operational structure without the need to recruit, onboard, and manage additional staff.

My work is best suited to environments where continuity matters, but hiring is not practical or efficient.

My experience spans small business through to larger organisations, across both operational and senior roles.

This has given me a practical understanding of how work actually functions day to day, not just how it is intended to.
